Privacy notice

CozyCue is a social publishing workspace in pilot operation. It processes profile identifiers, names, avatars and access tokens returned by social accounts you authorize, together with the text, images, videos and scheduling information you enter.

How information is used

Information is used to connect your accounts and perform the actions you request. Application data and uploaded media are stored in the operator’s self-hosted installation. Public HTTPS traffic is routed through the operator’s Hong Kong gateway before reaching this installation.

When you request an upload or publication, the selected social platform receives the content and information needed to process it. Media available through a download link can be accessed by parties who possess that link. Do not upload confidential material.

Retention and your choices

Data remains until removed by the administrator; backups may retain copies. Contact the administrator who provided your access to request deletion or ask a privacy question. You can disconnect an account in CozyCue and revoke TikTok authorization in your TikTok settings.

This pilot currently accepts only the operator’s team. The privacy notice and contact channels will be updated before broader merchant onboarding begins.
